What is free?

Registration and demo are free. Basis and Premium app subscriptions and one-off purchases are paid services. See the plan comparison for included features.

Do I need a credit card?

No payment details are needed to register. When making a purchase, choose one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. A purchased subscription renews automatically for the selected month or year and charges your saved payment method. Registration alone does not start a subscription. One-off purchases do not renew.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open “My subscription” and choose “Cancel subscription”. Confirm cancellation in Stripe. Access continues until the paid period ends. You can cancel before the next renewal. Your account shows the next payment date. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.

Included in every package

A short project discussion, a written feature list, layouts for phones, tablets and computers, checks of the agreed features, launch assistance and a short introduction. Errors in the delivered, agreed features are fixed free of charge for 30 days; new requests are quoted separately.

Screen counts are a guide. Feature complexity determines the scope. Before ordering, you receive a fixed-price quote with the agreed work and any recurring costs.

Payment in two stages

50% deposit after accepting the final quote, before work starts. The remaining 50% is due after reviewing the result and agreed revisions, before handover. You authorise each payment yourself. There is no automatic second charge.

Payments are calculated from the agreed final total, not the starting price. For an odd number of cents, the deposit rounds up to the next cent and the balance accounts for the difference. Monthly maintenance, hosting and external services are agreed separately.
