Rules for using Swiss-Büro.
Summary
Renews automatically for the selected month or year. Annual billing is charged in one payment. Before the next renewal, open “My subscription” → “Cancel subscription”. Your account shows the next payment date.
1. Service and test operation
Swiss-Büro explains and organises documents, detects deadlines and amounts where available, and prepares drafts. The service is under development; features and availability may change.
2. User responsibility
- Upload only documents you are entitled to process.
- Protect your account and device from unauthorised access.
- Check names, amounts, deadlines and replies against the original.
3. AI, privacy and advice
AI results may be incomplete or wrong and do not replace legal, tax or fiduciary advice. Rights in uploaded documents remain with their owners. The published Privacy Policy applies.
4. Subscription and cancellation
Renews automatically for the selected month or year. Annual billing is charged in one payment. Before the next renewal, open “My subscription” → “Cancel subscription”. Your account shows the next payment date. Confirm cancellation in Stripe. Access continues until the paid period ends; no further renewal charge follows.
5. Refunds and liability
Paid billing periods are generally not refunded pro rata. For duplicate charges, technical errors or a statutory refund right, contact info@swiss-buero.ch; approved amounts are returned to the original payment method. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, error-free results are not guaranteed. Swiss law applies.
